Diagnose access, quotas and public pages

Problem Diagnosis
Missing checks or dashboards Verify the selected account and active filters
Edit/create control missing Check the account role, not just sign-in status
Cannot retrieve heartbeat URL Operational credentials need Editor/Admin capability
Cannot publish or connect an integration Admin capability required
Create/interval/location rejected Inspect current plan quota/minimum and available locations
Public dashboard unavailable Verify custom dashboard exists and Public is enabled
Public branding looks unchanged Check account defaults, dashboard override and image inheritance

An unavailable public page must not be interpreted as a service-health report. Open the signed-in resource to distinguish access configuration from target failure.

Turning a dashboard private prevents access through its public page but does not promise link-token rotation. Public content should not contain secrets.

For automation-specific authentication, schemas and rate limits, use API errors and MCP troubleshooting.
