Display a wallboard

Open a dashboard’s Wallboard view for a display-oriented presentation of its checks. A signed-in wallboard remains account-scoped; use a display environment where session access is appropriate.

  1. Create and arrange the underlying dashboard.
  2. Open its wallboard.
  3. Check that labels, status and freshness are legible on the actual screen.
  4. Confirm the browser/session remains able to access the intended account.

A public custom dashboard also has a public wallboard URL. Anyone with that link can view it without signing in. Enabling a public wallboard is not a way to preserve a private dashboard; it follows the dashboard’s public sharing.

Do not leave privileged account controls available on an unattended kiosk. For an external display, review sharing and branding/visibility before using the public link.
